MIOTI will collect the following data from the interested party:

COMMERCIAL CONTACT

Attention of queries and contact requests, as well as the maintenance of commercial relations related to MIOTI’s services:
Data collected: Name, telephone, email and query.

Purpose: To respond to requests for information that the interested party has made by any means about MIOTI’s products and services, and to establish and maintain business relationships.

Legitimation: Based on the provision of consent MIOTI is legitimized to process the data of the interested party provided through the contact request, and in accordance with the legitimate interest for the development and maintenance of commercial relations.

Storage periods: the data will be kept until such time as the interested party requests the cancellation or deletion of their data and once deleted will be kept for a maximum period of 6 years at the disposal of the public administration, judges and courts, for the attention and defense of possible liabilities arising from the treatment.

PROMOTIONAL or NEWSLETTERS

The sending of information, news, notices, reminders and promotions that may be of interest to you, related to MIOTI’s activities.

Purpose: the registration of interested parties for the sending of information, news and promotions, and to establish and maintain business relationships.

Legitimation: provision of the interested party’s consent to MIOTI for the registration in promotional services, and the legitimate interest for the development of commercial relations.

Data provided for the provision of MIOTI services. The services will be identified at the time of data collection and registration of the same.

Purpose: the registration of users for the provision of services and offer products, services, scholarships or internships, as well as job selection processes, related to the activities of MIOTI.

Professional personal data provided by Clients/Suppliers for the provision of services and management of the legal or contractual relationship.

Purpose: management of the contractual relationship of the service.

Legitimation: the existing legal or contractual relationship necessary for the provision of the service.

Conservation periods: the data will be kept for the time necessary for the purpose of processing or deletion of the same, and once completed or deleted may be retained for a period of six years available to the public administration, judges and courts, for the care and defense of possible liabilities arising from the treatment.

MIOTI AMBASSADORS CLUB

Personal data of third parties, provided by members of this program, using Member Get Member, in order to obtain discounts and scholarships, both the member of the Ambassadors Club, as the person who enrolls in one of our programs.

Data collected: First name, last name, e-mail address, contact telephone number.

Purpose: the management of the contractual relationship of the service, as well as registration of interested parties for the remission of information, news and promotions, and establish and maintain business relationships.

Legitimation: the existing legal or contractual relationship necessary for the provision of the service, as well as the consent of the third party to receive these promotions. The Ambassadors Club member declares that he/she has the consent of the third party to provide his/her data to MIOTI for this purpose. This consent may be withdrawn at any time, through the exercise of the rights recognized by the regulations on data protection, such as the right of access, rectification, or deletion, among others.

Storage periods: the data will be kept for the time necessary for the purpose of processing or deletion of the same, and once completed or deleted may be retained for a period of six years available to the public administration, judges and courts, for the care and defense of possible liabilities arising from the treatment.

There are data communications to third parties for the provision of services by third parties as data processors with whom MIOTI has signed the corresponding Data Processor contracts and verified that they meet the sufficient guarantees to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures, so that the processing is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR ensuring the protection of the rights of data subjects.

EXERCISE OF RIGHTS

The User has recognized their rights to access, rectification, deletion, limitation, opposition and portability of their data. Similarly, it is protected by the right to withdraw consent for processing by MIOTI. You also have the right to complain to the supervisory authority.

At any time the User may exercise his/her rights by sending a communication, attaching a document proving his/her identity and expressly indicating the right he/she wishes to exercise, to MIOTI at the above address or by sending an e-mail to the address dpd@mioti.es.

TECHNICAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL SECURITY MEASURES

MIOTI has adopted the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security and integrity of the data, as well as to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.

The data requested are those strictly necessary to meet your request, which the User communicates voluntarily. The refusal to provide the data qualified as obligatory will suppose the non-provision or the impossibility of accessing the service for which they were requested. Likewise, data may be provided on a voluntary basis in order to provide services in an optimal way. Likewise, in those cases in which third party data is provided, the User undertakes to inform them of the content of this privacy policy.

The User undertakes to inform MIOTI as soon as possible of any modification or correction of his/her personal data so that the information contained in MIOTI’s Activity Logs is updated at all times.
