Haciendo referencia al informe de Goldman Sachs, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que solo el <strong>7% de los empleos actuales en EE.UU. podr\u00e1n ser reemplazados por IA<\/strong>, principalmente en campos legales y administrativos. Mientras, el <strong>63% se complementar\u00e1n<\/strong> con esta tecnolog\u00eda y el <strong>30% permanecer\u00e1n inalterados<\/strong>, especialmente los trabajos m\u00e1s manuales.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fabiola explor\u00f3 c\u00f3mo la IA Generativa cambiar\u00e1 los h\u00e1bitos corporativos, permitiendo una <strong>escucha continua e informada de lo que sucede en la organizaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Asimismo, subray\u00f3 la importancia de analizar el clima laboral, monitorear a los clientes de manera constante y actuar proactivamente para anticipar sus necesidades. Adem\u00e1s, enfatiz\u00f3 en la <strong>necesidad de incorporar la empat\u00eda en los procesos empresariales y compartir conocimientos con los clientes<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En este sentido, la democratizaci\u00f3n de la tecnolog\u00eda ser\u00e1 una gran oportunidad para los profesionales.
