Ensure Perfect Store execution by strengthening the compliance of merchandising guidelines instore during monthly route rides with salesforce and periodic training pills.<\/p>\n
Build analysis of teams’ performance to provide Field Sales community key recommendations to reach targets.<\/p>\n
Responsible to update Field Sales on-demand selling platform, to provide teams the latest promotional calendars, top accounts agreements, consumer activations selling decks, innovation selling stories. Boost users engagement to the tool.<\/p>\n
Enrich FS vision with new automated dashboards using programming tools such as Power Bi and Snowflake. Routes optimization: program route planner application to optimize routes POS audits.<\/p>\n
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Minimum 2 years of experience involving sales data analysis and CRM technologies.
\n\u2022 Background in programming data software (Power Bi, SQL, Python, Snowflake).
\n\u2022 Experience in FMCG sector and clear understanding of markets, sales & distribution, competitor activity and consumer behaviour.
