The role will focus on all three of the groups\u2019 brands. This is a Junior role that will focus on data analysis, including reporting for clients, creating dashboards to help them extract value from it, helping journalists to tell stories using the data and using different strategies to capture and classify data including machine learning and data scraping.<\/p>\n<p>The location for the first 3 to 6 months will be in Madrid (where the head of data &amp; product is), but there will be a relocation opportunity to London after the training is completed. We offer a self-employed contract first because the company does not have a presence in Spain, but the company will support the visa application process and offer a contract in the UK if the successful candidate wishes to relocate after the training period.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>About you:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>We are looking for an individual with a lot of initiative and curiosity, capable of working independently and keen to take responsibility for different tasks.<\/p>\n<h3>Main Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n<p>\u2022 Creation and maintenance of data dashboards<br \/>\n\u2022 Data updates on different report templates and work with editorial on these<br \/>\n\u2022 Interaction with clients, including the creation of advanced data reports in excel<br \/>\n\u2022 Data support to other company departments including editorial, research, and creation of data presentations for speakers at events<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintenance of data scraping tools<\/p>\n<h3>Knowledge &amp; Experience:<\/h3>\n<p>In order to succeed in this role, it is expected that you will ideally have the following:<br \/>\n\u2022 Advanced knowledge of PowerBI and Excel<br \/>\n\u2022 Database extractions in SQL, relational databases<br \/>\n\u2022 Powerpoint basic knowledge<br \/>\n\u2022 Python knowledge also desired (Pandas, Sklearn)<br \/>\n\u2022 Fluent in English<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Who we are:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Exile Group is a highly respected financial media company operating across multiple international markets which include trade &amp; export, project, development bank and commodity finance.
