About the role:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

This role is responsible for the sales planning & forecasting processes as well as the business analytics, data mining and visualization and reporting tools for the Iberia and Greece markets with a focus on implementing best practices while helping drive improvement for the cluster through data-driven decisions<\/p>\n

Role reports to: Cluster General Manager
\nBrief Overview:
\n\u2022 Business forecasting & sales planning
\n\u2022 Provide daily, weekly and monthly business reporting for Sales, Marketing and Finance departments
\n\u2022 Salesforce performance and Sales KPIs tracking and monitoring
\n\u2022 Facilitation between HQ and local markets to align and implement business processes
\n\u2022 Provide analytical and critical thinking insights to capture market trend and opportunities
\n\u2022 Expertise in business intelligence, CRM and ERP systems such as Tableau, SAP, Analysis BW and SalesForce and related applications\/environments<\/p>\n

\u2022 Establish intuitive reporting methodologies including ad-hoc market analyses as required to support strategy and analyze performance.
\n – to allow management to drive sales force activities
\n – to maximize revenue opportunities via detailed customer\/brand knowledge
\n\u2022 Cross-check and verify internal and external information sources
\n\u2022 Determine customer\u2019s purchasing cycle including current and potential value to the organization
\n\u2022 Integrate internal \/ external customer level data to measure \/ track customer value and buying behavior
\n\u2022 Align the local organization to ensure data quality and efficient processes<\/p>\n

\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree or higher in information science, statistics, computer science or a related field
\n\u2022 Advanced Excel capabilities is a must
\n\u2022 Experience in SAP and Salesforce environment desirable
\n\u2022 Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau including experience creating and modifying Interactive dashboards using Tableau
\n\u2022 3-5 years of experience
