This is an attractive opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to join a rental property management company early in its trajectory. This role will report directly to the Head of Salesforce and be responsible for the technical design and implementation of all the Salesforce ecosystem.<\/p>\n
The role is based in Madrid.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Lead the Salesforce development team and ensure that state-of-the-art best practices and coding standards are always applied
\n\u2022 Lead the design and implementation of the Salesforce and Cloud Integrations architecture, as well as its continuous improvement and evolution to optimize performance
\n\u2022 Lead the evolution of the current automated CI\/CD process
\n\u2022 Follow-up on the features delivered on every Salesforce release and propose proofs of concepts for those that could be interesting from the business or technical perspective
\n\u2022 Translate business requirements into technical solutions and data modelling with focus on flexibility, reutilization and scalability
\n\u2022 Develop Lighting Web Components and\/or APEX classes or use any other declarative tool to fulfil business requirements<\/p>\n
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Technology, Mathematics, Physics, \u2026
\n\u2022 Salesforce Certifications: Administrator and Platform Developer I. Other certifications are a plus<\/p>\n
\u2022 5 years as Salesforce Developer \/ Technical Architect
\n\u2022 Accountable for Salesforce technical implementations and architecture.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Knowledge of Sales, Service, Communities (Partner and Customer), Marketing Cloud
\n\u2022 Development of LWCs, Aura components, Apex classes, Visualforce pages and API integrations with the highest quality standards
\n\u2022 Use of declarative tools such as Flow Designer
\n\u2022 Proven expertise in managing complex data models
\n\u2022 Proven expertise in the use of Salesforce DX or Metadata API
\n\u2022 Knowledge of CI\/CD tools such as GitHub, Gitlab, Jenkins, Travis, Azure DevOps\u2026
\n\u2022 Knowledge of software development patterns, such as Enterprise Patterns library
\n\u2022 Knowledge of other programming languages: Java, Python, HTML, JavaScript, YAML
\n\u2022 Understanding of cloud-native software architecture patterns such as microservices, event-driven architecture, data integration, API first approaches\u2026
\n\u2022 Experience with high-volume, complex data migrations<\/p>\n
\u2022 Data driven with strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse problems and recommend solutions
