We are looking for an Operations Analyst Coms& Sec (Global SecOps Engineer) who wants to join our team whose main tasks will be to maintain and operate the Communications and Security systems. You can be our candidate if you have a university degree preferably in computer science, telecommunications or similar and meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Technical background in the security area.
\n\u2022 Knowledge and expertise in technologies such as WAF, IPS, Antivirus, Proxys, Networks and firewalls
\n\u2022 Knowledge of regulations, such as ISO27001 and NIST.
\n\u2022 High level of English, written and spoken.
\n\u2022 Communication skills and customer focus.
\n\u2022\u00a0 Proactive and dynamic.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Responsible for maintaining and ensuring the safety and security posture of the global infrastructure.
\n\u2022 Responsible for all stages of development and implementation of several IT \/ OT SecOps Services & Projects at various locations at any one time.
\n\u2022 Ensure that all work is executed on time and to budget\/estimates and in full compliance with company standards and UK\/European legislation.
\n\u2022 Oversees multi-disciplined Exolum and contract team members who conduct BAU and project related activities on behalf of Exolum.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Responsible for the apps of appropriate regulations and standards, and management of any deviations from standards.
\n\u2022 Responsible for maintaining and ensuring the safety and security posture of the global infrastructure. This involves:
\n– Configuration and maintenance
\n– Design and defense
\n– Testing and remediation
\n– Policy development
\n– Threat identification and Investigation
\n\u2022 Manage SecOps projects involving IT\/OT technology systems and infrastructure.
\n\u2022 Ensure SecOps projects are allocated, planned, and executed according to plan, budget and scope.
\n\u2022 Plan and manage the SecOps programme of works for IT \/ OT systems in line with company standards and relevant UK \/ European legislation, COMAH Cyber Security, NIS, ISO27001 etc.
\n\u2022 Produce detailed programme of works\/Gantt charts for assigned work \/ projects etc.
\n\u2022 Coordinate the work of different teams and delegate tasks where appropriate.
\n\u2022 Report on activities and provide relevant information to management.
\n\u2022 Manage documentation\/data\/records within document management systems.
\n\u2022 Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of assets, equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility.
\n\u2022 To be a key contributor in the planning budget forecasts for submission to the Leadership Team for approval in line with Exolum agreed business strategic and budget plans.
\n\u2022 Work to standard, procedures, and work instructions for Safety Critical Tasks in order to meet Standards and regulations requirements
\n\u2022 Ensure all tasks carried out conform to company policies, procedures, and systems
\n\u2022 Comply with the Values and Fundamental Principles of Exolum
\n\u2022 Be responsible, regardless of position, for the health, safety and security of yourself, colleagues, and customers in accordance with Exolum business and HSEQ principles
