About the role:
This role is responsible for the sales planning & forecasting processes as well as the business analytics, data mining and visualization and reporting tools for the Iberia and Greece markets with a focus on implementing best practices while helping drive improvement for the cluster through data-driven decisions
Role reports to: Cluster General Manager
Brief Overview:
• Business forecasting & sales planning
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly business reporting for Sales, Marketing and Finance departments
• Salesforce performance and Sales KPIs tracking and monitoring
• Facilitation between HQ and local markets to align and implement business processes
• Provide analytical and critical thinking insights to capture market trend and opportunities
• Expertise in business intelligence, CRM and ERP systems such as Tableau, SAP, Analysis BW and SalesForce and related applications/environments
Some examples with details:
• Establish intuitive reporting methodologies including ad-hoc market analyses as required to support strategy and analyze performance.

– to maximize revenue opportunities via detailed customer/brand knowledge
• Cross-check and verify internal and external information sources
• Determine customer’s purchasing cycle including current and potential value to the organization
• Integrate internal / external customer level data to measure / track customer value and buying behavior
• Align the local organization to ensure data quality and efficient processes

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in information science, statistics, computer science or a related field
• Advanced Excel capabilities is a must
• Experience in SAP and Salesforce environment desirable
• Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau including experience creating and modifying Interactive dashboards using Tableau
• 3-5 years of experience
• High level of spoken and written English
