Job Description
We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in leading the tech team and developing and implementing high-quality software solutions that meet our business needs
Key responsabilities
• Build and lead a high-performing technical team, attract talent, motivate, and guide the team to achieve ambitious goals.
• Develop and maintain web applications using React, ASP.NET Core and Python frameworks.
• Implement responsive UI designs with the React MUI component library.
• Work with PostgreSQL databases using Entity Framework Core.
• Understand and apply business data modeling to ensure robust application design.
• Implement containerization using Docker for efficient deployment and scalability.
• Ensure high standards of application security.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Python, React and ASP.NET Core.
• Experience with PostgreSQL/PostGIS and Entity Framework Core.
• Understanding of business data modeling.
• Familiarity with Docker and application security.
• Experience in building relationships with business teams.
• Experience in production deployment of data pipelines (data engineering).
• Production deployment of artificial intelligence solutions.
• Experience with geospatial technologies.
• Passion for learning new technologies and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to have
• Leadership qualities with team management experience.
• Skills: Initiative and proactivity, flexibility, autonomy in decision-making, desire for personal and professional growth, problem-solving ability, and motivation to tackle new challenges.
• Highly regarded: Passion for the countryside.
• Experience or knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (Computer Vision) and GIS is a significant plus, but not mandatory.
