Roc360 is a global fintech pioneer in the residential real estate investment sector. With 450+ employees across 4 continents and $20B+ in loans originated, we are looking for a motivated IT Specialist based in Spain to support our growing, globally distributed team.
Responsibilities
• IT Support & User Operations: Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 troubleshooting (hardware, software, network) for local and remote global users. Manage onboarding/offboarding, access requests, and maintain Windows/macOS endpoints.
• Cloud & SaaS Administration: Assist with operational support in AWS (IAM, EC2, S3), Google Workspace, and Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID (SSO, MFA, access controls).
• Documentation: Create and maintain internal runbooks, user-facing knowledge base articles, and document recurring technical issues.
Profile
• Experience: 1–2 years in IT support, cloud operations, or systems administration.
• Remote Support: Proven experience assisting global users via ticketing systems, chat, and video calls.
• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of Windows and/or macOS environment support.
• Skills: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users, strong documentation habits, and a willingness to learn cloud and Linux systems.
• Communication: Fluent English is mandatory to support our international team.
Skills
• Familiarity with AWS services, Google Admin Console, or Microsoft Entra ID.
• Basic Linux command-line experience (SSH, logs, permissions).
• Experience with scripting/automation (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft, or Google).
