This internship supports the optimization of corporate communication tools and processes through data-driven insights and marketing technology. By leveraging analytics and automation platforms, the role contributes to refining audience targeting, improving inbound communication flows, and ensuring that marketing efforts align with the company’s strategic goals and brand positioning.
The intern will help develop targeted, measurable strategies that enhance audience engagement and lead generation across channels.
Main Responsibilities:
- Performance monitoring: Assist in the creation of reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and usability to generate actionable insights for marketing and communications teams.
- Data structuring and modeling: Support the organization and modeling of marketing data to enable scalable analysis and maintain a clean, efficient data environment.
- Digital metrics analysis: Help collect and interpret key performance indicators (web, social, email, paid media, etc.) to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
- Reputation and risk monitoring: Participate in monitoring activities to identify potential reputational risks and gather insights to inform communication strategies.
- Audience intelligence: Contribute to social listening initiatives to surface insights across key stakeholder groups.
- Cross-platform collaboration: Work with internal teams to support data integration and Martech alignment.
- Tool and technology exposure: Gain hands-on experience with digital platforms for marketing automation, analytics, media, and content distribution, creating and refining workflows for campaigns, lead scoring, and audience segmentation.
- Inbound communication optimization: Assist in managing inbound marketing flows to ensure timely, relevant responses that enhance user experience and engagement.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
- Understanding of digital marketing KPIs and performance metrics.
- Exposure to SQL, Python, or other data manipulation tools.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and social listening platforms.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn about business data flows and marketing technology.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (must) in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Master’s degree or Bootcamp (desirable) in Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Science.
